Prof. Dr. Martin Wittmaier, managing director of the institute, is a sworn expert for waste management and biogas plants, appointed by the Bremen Chamber of Commerce (IHK) for Bremen and Bremerhaven. He provides expert reports on various issues for biogas plants and for waste management. In addition, the institute prepares expert reports and expert statements on legal (e.g. commercial waste ordinance) or operational requirements (e.g. assessment of profitability, plant operation, input materials) for economy and municipalities as well as valuations for biogas plants and waste management plants.
